Circular Carbon.
Certified Clean.

rCB is not a compromise — it is a certified, technically validated material with ~70% lower CO₂ footprint versus virgin carbon black.

rCB — The Case for Circular

Carbon Black
from Waste.
Not Fossil Fuel.

Each tonne of rCB prevents approximately 1.5 tonnes CO₂-equivalent versus virgin carbon black. Quantified, documented, and certifiable per shipment.

The Process

From End-of-Life Tyre to Certified rCB

01
ELT Collection
End-of-life rubber tyres collected, sorted, shredded into crumb rubber — steel and textile fibres removed.
02
Pyrolysis
Crumb rubber fed into rotary kiln at 400–600°C in oxygen-deprived atmosphere. CB, oil, gas, and steel separated.
03
Post-Processing
Recovered carbon black milled to target particle size and pelletised for uniform bulk density and consistent flow.
04
QC & Certification
Each batch ASTM-tested across 10 parameters. TÜV SÜD independently verifies REACH, RoHS, and PAH compliance.
